Welcome to Elvis Social Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at elvissocial.club and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Elvis Social Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

1. About Elvis Social Club

Elvis Social Club is an online fan community dedicated to Elvis Presley enthusiasts. We provide a social platform where fans can connect, share stories, post photos, and participate in membership tiers with additional features. Elvis Social Club is operated by fans, for fans, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. or any official Elvis Presley entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Elvis Social Club. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Your Account

When you register, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Membership & Billing

Elvis Social Club offers both free and paid membership tiers:

• Fan (Free): Basic access to the community at no cost
• Paid Tiers: Gold Circle, Inner Circle, and Legend memberships offer additional features and are billed monthly through PayPal

By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize recurring monthly charges through PayPal until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or via the Membership page within your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing and features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Community Guidelines

Elvis Social Club is built on respect, passion, and a shared love for the King. All members are expected to:

• Treat fellow fans with kindness and respect
• Share content that is appropriate for a family-friendly fan community
• Honor Elvis Presley's legacy with dignity
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
• Not post spam, scams, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising
• Not impersonate other members, celebrities, or Elvis Presley Enterprises representatives

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Elvis Social Club ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform in connection with operating our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you post and that it does not violate any third party's rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Elvis Social Club name, logo, website design, and original platform content are owned by Elvis Social Club and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

8. Elvis Presley Trademarks

Elvis Presley®, Elvis®, Graceland®, and related names, logos, and images are registered trademarks of Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. Elvis Social Club is an independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. or any official Elvis Presley entity. All Elvis-related trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Collect personal information of other members without consent
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Circumvent membership restrictions or payment systems

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Elvis Social Club is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or the conduct of other members.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elvis Social Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elvis Social Club, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
